Road closure extended for O’Neal Road in Gulfport

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Gulfport issued an extended road closure, impacting citizens and businesses on O’Neal Road.

The section of O’Neal Road between Highway 49 and Old Highway 49 will remain closed to traffic for intersection improvements.

Highway 49, Old Highway 49, and Orange Grove Road will continue to be the designated detour route.

This closure is expected to wrap up by 3:30 on May 30, weather permitting.
