Ribbon cutting for Navy Exchange Micro Market in Pascagoula
Over in Pascagoula, they held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of a Navy Exchange Micro Market.
The market will provide 24/7 self-service access to food and beverages to those working at Ingalls Shipyard.
This is all part of a recent investment made by the Navy called ‘Get Real Get Better’ which aims to improve moral and quality of life for active-duty residents.
The Navy has also recently invested $240,000 in renovating the fitness center, $20,000 in enhancing the multipurpose sports field, and $15,000 in upgrading recreation areas within the barracks.
