Revitalizing Downtown Area

The city of Biloxi wants to bring history back downtown…and they need your help.
Mayor Gilich wants to revive the commercial district which was once the heart of downtown Biloxi specifically Howard Avenue.
The city teamed with the Southern Mississippi Planning and Development district to create a Restoration Plan.
The contract consists of four phases, which must be completed in four months.
Task one includes collection and review of existing plans…and the city wants your input on what you want to see in downtown Biloxi.
