Retired Pascagoula Police Captain Bertiss Goff passes away

PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WXXV)- The Pascagoula Police Department announced retired Captain Bertiss Goff passed away on October 1.

He served Pascagoula for over 21 years prior to his retirement from the force.

Goff will be remembered by the community for being a wonderful officer with a servant’s heart.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 4 at Full Life Assembly of God in Hurley.

Public visitation will start at 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. with a funeral service to follow.
