Residents let the good times roll at the Pillars of Biloxi Mardi Gras Ball

The Mardi Gras spirit can be felt all across South Mississippi right now and that was especially true at the Pillars of Biloxi Nursing Home Tuesday evening.

Residents and staff bust out their best moves for the Mardi Gras Ball as everyone was decked out in their best Mardi Gras attire.

The dukes, maids, and the king and queen made their grand entrance into the ball, all voted in by fellow residents.

It was a night of good music, fruit punch, and king cake!

For many of these residents, it is not difficult to get out there and enjoy the Mardi Gras season which is why Director Courtney Williams says it is so important to bring the festivities to them.

That Mardi Gras Ball is just one of many events throughout the year that Pillars of Biloxi throws for its residents.
