Resident Burglary Arrest

Biloxi PD has arrested 26-year-old Russell Adams on a charge of resident burglary.
A neighbor witnessed Adams wandering through the neighborhood and enter the victim’s residence. Police arrived and arrested the suspect without incident.
Adams was already wanted for failure to appear on a burglary charge.
