Remembering the lost towns of Hancock County

When Stennis Space Center was brought to Hancock County in 1961, with it came the need for a large buffer zone.

No permanent structures could remain in the buffer zone, and now the only things that remain in these rural areas are forests and cemeteries.

Here’s more about these lost towns in this WXXV News 25 exclusive.
