Registration for Cruisin’ the Coast will increase for first time in eight years

People are still showing up to register for this year’s Cruisin’ the Coast at Cruise Central in Centennial Plaza, but organizers are already looking ahead to next year.

8,026 cars were registered for early bird access for 2022 before it closed on August 15th. Since registration reopened this week, over 500 vehicles have been added.

It’s been eight years since registration prices have increased, but starting next year, the registration fee is going up.

Registration Director Craig Grisoli tells News 25 they have been meaning to raise the price for years, but because of COVID and several other factors they decided to wait. “Because of costs, increase cost for everything we order, everything we do, we had to raise the fees. It’s very minimal. Cruisin’ the Coast is an extremely good value whenever you look at large car shows across the country. Early registration will be $75 and onsite registration will be $100. You get a week and a day’s worth of entertainment and fun at a very low price.”

Registration for next year will start October 6th at noon. You can register online at cruisinthecoast.com.
