Receiving stolen property charge

A California man is in custody in Harrison County after deputies arrested him for one felony count of receiving stolen property.
Sheriff Troy Peterson says 58-year-old James Franklin of Apple Valley, California was pulled over on Interstate 10 near mile marker 29 on a stolen vehicle. Deputies learned the vehicle was reported stolen out of Kingston, Arizona.
Franklin is being held on a $2,500 bond.
