Real Estate Company Cuts Ribbon

A newly revisioned high-end real estate company now has a place on the Gulf Coast.
Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and Ann Prewitt Gulf Coast Realty are teaming up to purchase and sell property, working with the industry’s “finest agents.”
The ribbon cutting took place today at 10:30 in Biloxi next to the Edgewater Mall. The company is aiming to offer clients who wish to buy or sell homes the best price and value.
Ron Prewitt, a broker for the Mississippi Gulf Coast branch, says the area is absolutely beautiful and for real estate, the Coast is making a comeback. “We’re seeing what used to be vacant lots and slabs, we’re starting to see homes being erected there. We think that the mortgage industry is in a position to help buyers not only get approved for a loan but get a good rate so they can afford to purchase more homes. So, we’re just excited about the comeback that’s being made here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.”
Prewitt tells News 25 because the new location is very central to the entire Gulf Coast they believe it couldn’t be a better fit for Berkshire Hathaway.
