Rams game plan for the NFC championship
Offense is on the minds of Marcus Peters, Aaron Donald, and the rest of that Rams defense heading into Sunday’s game.
Los Angeles plans to take advantage of the previous matchup to correct mistakes. During that week nine loss, the Rams gave up 45 points. Drew Brees threw for 346 yards and four touchdowns. Alvin Kamara rushed for two touchdowns and also snagged one for six. Ben Watson found the end zone while introducing the world to the new addition to his family.
We found out Michael Thomas’ ringtone was ‘choppa style’ as he paid homage to Saints legend Joe Horn. He went off with 211 yards, averaging almost 18 yards per reception. Rams Head Coach Sean McVay said, “He’s really been productive throughout the course of the year. If you look at his numbers, anytime he is targeted, the catch rate that he has is almost unheard of.”
Rams defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh said, “I think it’s a good template that we can look at to have success against them. I think overall, i think we need to be focused on starting a lot faster, tackling the football. We struggled a little bit with that at the beginning of the game when i went back and watched the film. So, all in all, we got to be prepared for anything. It’s the playoffs, they are gonna have some things that we haven’t seen before up their sleeves so we will be ready.”
