Rack Room Shoes employee spreads joy to family in Pascagoula

One employee at Rack Room Shoes in Pascagoula has helped a family with an autistic son accomplish his goal this holiday season.

“J” Packer  went above and beyond when he learned that his 12-year-old customer, Collin, was still getting the hang of tying his shoes.
