Quick Action Leads to Arrest During Home Invasion

Quick actions by two Pass Christian homeowners led to the arrest of a man who broke into their home over the weekend.
On Saturday night, deputies responded to a burglary in progress call on Kiln Delisle Road. When they arrived, the two homeowners had 32-year-old Kenda Casey of Gulfport pinned to the ground at gunpoint. The victims said Casey had broken into their home, entered their bedroom and attempted to sexually assault the female homeowner.
Casey is charged with home invasion and attempted sexual battery.
