Public hearing regarding tree removal at site of proposed Chick-Fil-A in Biloxi
A public hearing regarding tree removal at the site at the proposed Chick-Fil-A at the corner of Nelson Drive and Pass in Biloxi is set for later this month.
That hearing will take place on Tuesday, January 28th at 1:30 at city hall on the second floor.
A total of 30 minutes will be set aside for the public hearing. Those appealing will have ten minutes to speak. The developer has 15 minutes to respond and the appellants will have five minutes for a rebuttal.
The council will vote on the issue later in the agenda.
