Protecting Turtles from Skimmer Trawls

Here on the Coast our seafood industry is a huge part of the culture, but sometimes fishing for those tasty shrimp can put the life of a baby turtle in danger.
NOAA Fisheries is proposing the use of turtle excluder devices to stop this from happening.
