Primary Election Day

Mississippi voters are casting ballots today in party primaries for one U.S. Senate seat and four U.S. House seats.

Polls are now open until 7 p.m. Incumbent U.S. Senator Roger Wicker faces a challenger in a Republican primary while six Democrats are vying for their party’s nomination.

In the 3rd Congressional District, six Republicans and two Democrats seek nominations in an open seat. In the 4th Congressional District, Incumbent Republican Steven Palazzo faces challenger Brian Rose.

To vote you must have a photo ID and be in line before 7 p.m.
