PRCC to host fifth annual Wildcat Wonderland

Pearl River Community College will be welcoming community members onto the Poplarville campus for the fifth annual Wildcat Wonderland experience this Thursday, November 18th.

The free to enter event will be held from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will host a variety of activities for people of all ages.

Kids can visit with Santa, decorate cookies with Mrs. Claus, take a ride on the Polar Express, make arts and crafts and more.

Many special guests have been confirmed including the Grinch, Olaf from Frozen, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and Snoopy.

Thousands of lights will be on display as well to keep the spirits bright.

The last Wildcat Wonderland hosted about 3,000 guests and the campus is expecting just as many this year. PRCC Coordinator of Recruitment and Marketing Kari Eve Valence said, “We really recognize that our community is really wanting to be a part of the Wildcat family, so we like to get all our little wildcats here on campus as soon as possible to get them engaged with our campus and PRCC in general. Everyone who works here is just so happy to gear up for this event every year and to see all those smiling Wildcat faces on campus.”
