Powerball jackpot continues to rise after no winner Monday

Someone could become very wealthy later this week. The Powerball jackpot is now worth around $975 million.

This comes after no one had the grand prize ticket Monday night.

Despite that, some people did collect significant prizes.  One ticket purchased in Tennessee is worth $2 million.

Two other tickets, one in Maryland and the other in California, each won a million dollars.

The next drawing is Wednesday night and it will be the largest jackpot since December.
