Biloxi Police are investigating an early morning shooting on Howard Avenue. About 2:06 a.m., officers responded to the 900 block of Howard Avenue in reference to fight. A Jackson County man was sentenced today on charges of aggravated assault and shooting at a transportation vehicle. A Pascagoula man will serve seven years in prison on a child exploitation conviction. State Attorney General Lynn Fitch said 25-year-old Larry Rostchild was one of three people investigated on child exploitation charges by her office.
