MDOT relaunching anti-litter campaign

The Mississippi Department of Transportation has announced that it is relaunching its anti-litter campaign this fall. MDOT invests about $3.2 million each year picking up trash. Gulfport City Council has amended its international property maintenance code to include language that prohibits parking on grass. Councilman R.
