McGilvary gets majority of the vote in Ward 4 runoff, with absentee ballots yet to be counted.
Rodney McGilvary leads Jamie Creel in the Biloxi Ward 4 city council runoff election after all election day votes were counted Tuesday night. According to unofficial results, McGilvary leads Creel by nine votes, 452-443, with two write-in votes. There are still around 17 absentee and affidavit votes yet to be counted.
