Exit 69 in Moss Point undergoing temporary closure September 8th

MDOT announced a temporary road closure on Sunday, September 8th. The closure would affect both directions of I-10 at Exit 69. Those closures are running from 6 AM to 10 AM. Woman charged with fleeing Gulfport Police, dragging officer in process

A woman who was wanted on outstanding misdemeanor warrants in Gulfport fled from officers and allegedly dragged one officer with her vehicle. Gulfport Police on Thursday charged 39-year-old Daronda Jackson with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. She was taken to the Harrison County jail.
