Post office in Biloxi to be dedicated in honor of Officer Robert McKeithen

Leaders will gather to dedicate a Biloxi post office in honor of a fallen Biloxi police officer tomorrow.

The post office at 140 Lameuse St. will be dedicated as the ‘Robert S. McKeithen Post Office Building’ at 2 tomorrow afternoon.

President Biden signed House Bill 3175 into law back in December after both houses of Congress passed the bill authorizing the name change.

Officer McKeithen was gunned down outside the Biloxi Police Station in 2019.
