Porter Avenue Infrastructure Improvement Project

Five months after construction began in Ocean Springs on Porter Avenue and road work has come to a stop. The 1 point 2 million dollar project on the busy road is at halt due to utility delays. News 25’s Caroline Eaker joins us live with details.
