Port City F.C. wins championship

Another local team making headlines as Port City FC won the Gulf Coast Premier League Championship on Sunday with a 4-0 win over Cajun Soccer Club.

The Sounders made the post-season with a regular season mark of 8-1-1 and advanced to the final with a 5-3 victory over Motagua on Thursday. Next up for Port City is the national tournament.
