Plea Hearing Set for Mississippi Phosphates

Our media partner, the Sun Herald, reports that a plea hearing is scheduled for Mississippi Phosphates.
The company is accused of polluting waterways and marshy areas around the Pascagoula plant at Bayou Casotte.
Records in the U.S. District Court show the hearing is set for 10 a.m. on August 19th.
