Plaintiffs Respond to Retiree Attorneys

WXXV News 25 received word from Reeves and Mestayer Law Firm in response to recent allegations in a court filing by Denham and Barton Law Firm claiming Reeves, Judge Hilburn and several other attorneys took part in a forbidden ex-parte meeting last week. It reads, in part, “The recent false allegations by Earl Denham and Harvey Barton that some type of improper secret meeting took place in the Singing River litigation are simply the latest attempts to improperly manipulate the emotions of the pension plan members.”
News 25 is reaching out to Denham and Barton Law Firm for a response.
