Pine Hills Throws Arts & Crafts Bash
Residents did some shopping at Pine Hills Nursery on Saturday at their inaugural summer arts and crafts bash.
The event took place in Pass Christian with over 40 local vendors selling everything from wind chimes to cookies.
Manager Polly Cuevas at Pine Hills wanted to give families and their pets more opportunities to do something fun together and help vendors showcase their work or food.
Due to the success of this inaugural event, Cuevas says she plans to continue to host more of these festivals in the summer moving forward.
Pine Hills Manager Polly Cuevas says, “We’re very happy about it. It looks like the turnout is really good. We’re happy for the vendors really because we want them to have a good show so we’re happy with it considering especially that it’s the first one we’re having. Very nice people that these vendors and all the crafts are beautiful. It’s really nice to be able to host this and hopefully it’ll work out for the vendors.”
Pine Hills Nursery plans to host another event called the Fall Frenzy in October that will have a lot of fall related activities for families.
