Picayune outlasts Gulfport on the road 31 to 28 in Week One
The Gulfport Admirals started week one against the Picayune Maroon Tide at Milner Stadium.
This huge game would end up being back and forth and end in dramatic fashion on the score board as Jamari Hathorne gets a huge interception at the goal line as Gulfport was driving to win.
The Picayune Maroon Tide sealed the victory on the road 31 to 28.
Gulfport will hit the road and travel to Laurel next week while Picayune will also travel to Slidell, LA for a matchup with Northshore on September 5th.
