Picayune defensive end Jamonta Waller offered by Alabama

Over at Picayune, home of the two-time defending 5A state champion Maroon Tide, Jamonta Waller is the recipient of yet another Division I offer, this time courtesy of the Alabama Crimson Tide.

That makes a whopping 17 total offers for the junior defensive end and his seventh SEC offer along with Arkansas, Auburn, Missouri, Mississippi State, South Carolina, and Ole Miss.

Waller was every quarterback’s worst nightmare in 2022, finishing second on the team with 106 total tackles and first with 11-and-a-half sacks.

He also had a forced fumble, two recoveries, and a pick.
