Phase two of D’Iberville utility project begins Monday
D’IBERVILLE, Miss. (WXXV)–D’Iberville city leaders say phase two of a road project will get underway on Lamey Bridge Road the morning of Monday, April 20, as work has already wrapped up on phase one.
Construction crews will begin setting up barricades and traffic control devices at 5:00 a.m. Monday, with full construction starting at 6:00 a.m.
During this phase, all northbound and southbound lanes of Lamey Bridge Road will be closed just south of the intersections with Sangani Boulevard and Mallett Road.
The closure is expected to last five to seven days, depending on weather conditions.
DETOUR DETAILS
Drivers traveling north on Lamey Bridge Road will need to:
- Use the right-turn lane to head east onto Mallett Road
- Continue north on Daisy Vestry Road
- Then connect to Johnson Still Road
- From there, drivers can head back south to Sangani Boulevard
Southbound drivers on Lamey Bridge Road will be required to:
- Exit west onto Sangani Boulevard
