Petro Chevrolet/Petro Cadillac grand opening in Pascagoula

A ribbon cutting took place to kick things off. Owner of the dealership Tony Petro tells News 25 selling cars runs in the family as his father started a Chevrolet store in Hattiesburg in 1972.

Petro couldn’t wait to bring his business to the Coast due to his love for the community.

Petro Chevrolet/Petro Cadillac plans to have a very simple shopping experience because every decision made by the business revolves around the satisfaction of the customer. “We are just glad to be on the Coast. We are going to draw people in from Alabama, Louisiana, bringing them in off Interstate 10 and show them something in the car business they have never experienced before.”

Petro tells News 25 it’s an honor for him to follow in his father’s footsteps since he has been in the general motor business all life.
