Pedestrian hit and killed on Seaway Road identified

Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove says they have positively identified the man hit and killed at the intersection of Seaway Road and Lorraine Road as 44-year-old Michael Dylan Riley.
Hargrove says Riley did not see an oncoming pick-up truck and walked out in front of the vehicle.
The accident took place Wednesday, November 29th after 6 p.m.
