Pearl River Softball and Baseball Teams Crowned Kings and Queens of the Diamond

In an unprecedented feat that has captured national attention, the Pearl River softball and baseball teams have both brought home World Series titles in less than a week apart. This remarkable accomplishment not only highlights their exceptional talent but also marks a historic milestone as the first school ever to win both championships in NJCAA Division II history.

This wildly impressive achievement has blown the minds of many, but for Head Coaches Christie Meeks and Michael Avalon, their reign on the thrones come as no surprise and was actually the plan all along. We spoke with both leaders after they were officially crowned the Kings and Queens of the Diamond! You can hear their answers in the video above.
