Pearl River clinches first baseball National Championship
The PRCC Wildcats are now the 2022 Junior College Baseball World Series champions.
The team defeated Madison College of Wisconsin on Saturday 7-2 to take the series two games to one.
The win on Saturday came off of a stellar performance by West Harrison grad DK Donaldson who had three hits, two RBIs, and one run scored.
Donaldson won MVP of the series, while Tate Parker was named outstanding offensive player, and John Griffin Bell was named outstanding defensive player.
Cole Tolbert was named outstanding pitcher.
