Peaceful Protest At Gas Station
Members of Moss Point’s Visionary Circle plan to hold a peaceful protest next Monday. This protest, from seven am to five pm, will be at the M-P Express Gas Station in Moss Point. The gas station at the corner on Martin Luther King Boulevard and Main Street is where an argument on Monday afternoon led to one man being taken to the hospital for gunshot wounds. According to police, the owner of M-P Express got into a heated argument with a man on a bike who allegedly stole items out on the convenience store. The argument escalated to a physical altercation, which then led to the owner pulling out a gun and shooting the other male. No charges were filed on anyone involved.
