Pass Christian woman accused of stealing from Waveland employer

A Pass Christian woman was arrested Wednesday in Waveland, charged with stealing from her employer.

Waveland Police Chief Mike Prendergast said 40-year-old Tiffany Smith was charged with felony embezzlement. She was taken to the Hancock County jail, where no bond has been set pending an initial appearance.

Smith is accused of embezzling several thousand dollars from the business where she worked.

She has a court date set for  9 a.m. April 11.
