Pass Christian hosting Veterans Day Parade

The City of Pass Christian is hosting their inaugural Veterans Day Parade on Veterans Day.

Head to downtown Pass Christian at 11 AM on November 11 to honor all those who served.

After the parade, vendors, food trucks, and music will be at War Memorial Park.

Unlike Memorial Day, Veterans Day is meant to honor all veterans of the United States Armed Forces.

The holiday was originally named Armistice Day and fell on the official ending of hostilities during the first World War.

It was renamed to Veterans Day in 1954.
