Pass Christian High School holds third annual Career Expo
Choosing a career can be a hard decision and Pass Christian High School is trying to make this easier for students.
Seniors and juniors took part in the school’s annual Career Opportunities Expo.
Students were welcomed to the gym to explore career options. Nearly 400 students were at the fair which featured 30 different career paths to learn about. Pass Christian High Principal Dr. Beth Bellipanni said, “It’s an opportunity to come out, talk to experts in the field, see what they need to do to either enlist, get a job right out of high school, or some kind of training or degree that they might need.”
Junior Santiago Gutieriuz said, “I just want to thank the whole school for this because I don’t think a lot of kids have that head start without that pathway. That’s what they’re trying to show us.”
Senior Maddie Brown said, “Just take your time, go to the career fairs because they’re actually kind of fun. Just know that there’s going to be something for you out there.”
