Pass Christian Fire Deputy Chief Shane Bass retires
PASS CHRISTIAN, Miss. (WXXV)- The Pass Christian Fire Department is celebrating the retirement of their deputy chief.
Deputy Chief Shane Bass gave 27 years of service to the City of Pass Christian.
Bass has witnessed tragic events from 9/11 to Hurricane Katrina, watching the department rebuild more than once and helping shape the department into what it is today.
The department thanking Deputy Chief Bass for his years of commitment, sacrifice, and leadership.
The department wishes him a long and healthy retirement, ending by saying he earned it.
