Pass Christian Elementary preparing students for upcoming school year

The classes of 2036 and 2037 at Pass Christian Elementary are getting a head start on a productive school year.

Pass Christian Elementary invited all of their registered pre-K and kindergarten students to attend transition camp where students were able to get a glimpse of what their classroom experience will be like when they start school on July 28th.

Students are able to become familiar with the school, routines, and expectations to ensure that each child will feel comfortable and excited about the upcoming school year.

Pass Christian Elementary Principal Stacy Moony says she thinks the camp is a great way to start the academic year. “When we come in early it gives the parents, the students, the teachers, everybody that’s involved in their educational journey, a chance to form the relationships and get to know each other and see what will best work for each individual student.”

Registration will remain open until July 24th and school will begin July 28th.
