Pass Christian city leaders provide update on city wide projects
PASS CHRISTIAN, Miss. (WXXV)- Pass Christian Mayor Kenny Torgeson has released an update on major infrastructure work underway in the city.
The work ranges from hurricane repairs at the Pass Christian Harbor to parks and recreation improvements across the city.
City leaders say they continue to prioritize securing grants and outside funding to make many improvements across the city.
So far, more than $730,000 in bond-funded improvements have been made including to the city’s fire station, adding new playground and pickleball facilities, and improvements like street repaving and sewer repairs.
