Pass Christian Ace Bristol Jones announces commitment to William Carey University!

Pass Christian softball standout Bristol Jones is taking her talents to the next level. The ace pitcher announced her commitment to William Carey University, adding another milestone to an impressive high school career.

As a sophomore last season, Jones ranked second in the state in strikeouts and 50th nationally after recording 306 strikeouts. She also posted a game-high 19 strikeouts. Jones finished the season with a 6-1 record and an impressive 0.87 earned-run average, establishing herself as one of the top pitchers in the state.

But Jones’ impact extends well beyond the circle. At the plate, she posted a .462 batting average with 42 hits and 35 RBIs, proving she can make an impact on both sides of the ball.

Now, Jones will continue her softball career with the William Carey Crusaders. Congratulations to Bristol Jones!
