Pascagoula police officer catches chicken

Why did the chicken cross the road? Because Officer Waits was chasing him!

Pascagoula Police Department shared this on their Facebook Page: “After a brief foot pursuit Officer Waits was able to take this guy into custody.”

According to Pascagoula Police, the chicken was charged with eluding a police officer and clucking without a license, two very serious crimes.

Pascagoula is lucky to have Officer Waits keeping the roads and chickens safe!
