Pascagoula PD spreading Christmas joy with the help of the Goula Grinch

Over in Jackson County, it appears that the Goula Grinch may finally be on the nice list.

Every year the Goula Grinch wreaks havoc on the City of Pascagoula. Their police department normally uses him as a prime example of how to get on Santa’s naughty list.

However, after being arrested last Christmas, it appears that some jail time helped the Grinch’s heart grow three sizes.

He’s since joined Pascagoula PD and together they ‘Goula Grinched’ local businesses, thanking their community by handing out Christmas ornaments in exchange for smiles.
