Pascagoula Man Killed In Hit And Run

According to the Clarion Ledger, an arrest has been made in the Jefferson County hit and run that killed a Pascagoula man over the weekend.
On Saturday morning, troopers found 25 year old Johnny Lee Beverly on the side of Mississippi 553.
Authorities said he had been walking on the northbound side of the road, when he was struck by a vehicle that had crossed the center line.
A Fayette man was taken into custody this morning charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
