Our Lady Academy basketball punches their ticket to the Semifinals!

Both of our Class 3A basketball teams headed north to Raymond high school to compete in the MHA quarterfinals. Starting it off for us was Our Lady Academy as they took on Jefferson County.

Getting it started is this relay from Henley to Bradford ending with Valentina Mossy in the corner and she drains this three for the Crescents. A few plays later Taylor Henley would hit Mariah Galbreth on the run and she gets two in the form of a lay-up. Soon after, Nicole Bradford would switch things over to Leah Laporte and she attempts a shop but goes over the net, but cleaning it up is Loralai Williford with the put back! Williford would get in a jam in the corner, helping her out is Taylor Henley who shoots and scores and it’s nothing but net! 

The Lady Crescents are on fire and dominate in this quarterfinal test, defeating Jefferson County 51-27! They will head to the big house on Wednesday as they face Belmont 4:30 tip-off.
