OSSD Bond Referendum Passes

Proposal has passed with 87 % of the votes

Ocean Springs, Miss. (WXXV) The Ocean Springs School District’s $52 million Bond Referendum, has passed.

This Bond Referendum aims to restructure elementary schools K-4, building a new state of the art middle school and renovating the current middle school campus to a fifth and sixth grade school.

WXXV’s Lucas Warren spoke to OSSD Superintendent, Mike Lindsey, after the proposal passed with 87% of the vote.
