Oren Lewis trial set for this week

The trial for the father accused of killing his one-year-old daughter in Hancock County is expected to begin this week.
Oren Lewis is charged with capital murder. In December 2013 his daughter Maleah Bush allegedly fell off a bed while she was asleep. Lewis told police he was at home alone with Bush and his three other children when his daughter was injured. She died two days later in a New Orleans hospital.
Investigators became suspicious after interviewing Lewis. Experts were brought in and Lewis was eventually charged with capital murder.
