One In The Hospital After Car Accident

One person is in the hospital after a car accident this morning on I-10 east bound. Biloxi Police rushed to the scene around 8:30 am to a two vehicle accident near the Woolmarket exit. According to Biloxi traffic supervisor Brian Dykes, the dump truck was rear ended by the truck. The driver of the truck was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the dump truck was not injured in the accident. Police blocked two lanes on I-10 east backing up traffic for miles. All lanes were clear by 9am.
